babygami's Utility Patent was issued on August 25, 2026 United States Letters Patent No. 12,715,645. In simple terms, babygami has patented a collapsible baby bottle, sippy cup, and snack cup.

Copyright + Trademark Coverage
Copyright and trademark protection has been established under Registration # VA 7,804,605 and Registration # VA 7,804,607 (effective May 20, 2025), and it protects its name, all pictures and videos of babygami products as well as content located on www.babygami.com.
In order to provide better notice to the public and manage the volume of our registered copyrighted works, babygami displays its registered works on its affiliated social media accounts, including babygami's Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram TikTok, and YouTube webpages.
In addition, Copyright and trademark protection has been established under Registration # VA 7,804,605 and Registration # VA 7,804,607 (effective May 20, 2025), and it protects its logo marks in all forms, all pictures and videos of babygami products as well as content located on www.babygami.com.

babygami's Response to Knock-offs
babygami is the creator of the FIRST collapsible bottle, and we have intellectual property filed and registered. Unfortunately, our unique quality products have caught the attention of knock-off scammers worldwide. As we continue to grow, the challenge of preventing fake babygami products increases.
babygami works hard to maintain the highest and most rigorous standards for safety, non-toxic materials and quality. All babygami products are made from 100% silicone that is BPA, BPS, PVC, latex and phthalate free. Our products are also third-party quality tested, specifically FDA-approved and CPSC-certified (see ‘Testing & Compliance’ below).
If you don't see the babygami brand name, the product is sourced from another manufacturer. This manufacturer may not be compliant with regulatory requirements and may be infringing upon our intellectual property rights. Note – babygami only sells on amazon in the U.S. (not internationally, with exception to amazon.ca).
Of course, the knock-off issue applies to many of the products you shop for every day! Below we have provided a few tips to shop smarter:
1. If possible, go DIRECT to the retailer and/or product site using https://.
2. Avoid suspicious and poorly designed websites, websites that offer urgent deals (e.g., 5 units left at this price!) or deals too good to be true.
3. Check out the company’s ‘about us’ and ‘contact us’ pages and/or social media links.
