Product Instructions

Preparing the Bottle

  1. Before First Use: Wash all components in warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher (top rack only). Rinse thoroughly.
  2. Sterilization: For the first use, it's recommended to sterilize the bottle, nipple, and tops by boiling in water for 5 minutes or using a sterilizer.
  3. Assembling the Bottle: Attach the baby bottle nipple to the bottle base full extended. Twist on the nipple ring and ensure it is securely tightened. Be sure to check for any leaks for flow issues.
  4. Collapsing the Bottle: Remove any liquid or food. Unscrew the bottle base slightly from the top to release pressure and push up to collapse. Fully screw on the base and top, cover, and store.

Using as a Baby Bottle

  1. Fill the baby bottle with milk or formula.
  2. Ensure the nipple is securely attached before feeding.
  3. Check the milk temperature before feeding, and hold the bottle at an angle to prevent air swallowing.
  4. When done, use the bottle nipple cover to protect the nipple from dust and debris as well as leaking by snap locking into place the dust cover. 

Transitioning to Sippy Cup

  1. Unscrew the nipple ring from the bottle base.
  2. How to switch out the baby bottle nipple and install the sippy cup nipple:
  • Push out the baby bottle nipple from the nipple ring.
  • Insert the sippy cup nipple into the nipple ring completely ensuring the spout is opposite to the carabiner loop. Make sure there are no kinks in the sippy cup nipple on the inside of the ring.
  • Align the collar with the bottle base.
  • Twist the collar with the sippy cup nipple until it is securely attached.
  1. Fill the cup with liquid and check for leaks before offering it to your child.
  2. When done, use the sippy nipple cover to protect the sippy cup top from dust and debris as well as leaking by placing the nipple dust cover over the sippy nipple. 

Using as a Snack Cup

  1. Remove the Nipple Collar: Unscrew the nipple collar and remove the nipple.
  2. Attach Snack Cup Top:
  • Push out the sippy cup nipple out of the nipple ring.
  • Place the snack cup insert into the collar ring. Be sure that the snack cup insert is flush with the ring.
  • Align the collar ring with the bottle base.
  • Twist until secure.
  1. Fill the snack cup with dry snacks. The top is designed to allow your child to reach in while preventing spills.

Using the Carabiner Loop

  1. Attach the carabiner to the loop on the nipple ring after converting to any mode (baby bottle, sippy cup, or snack cup).
  2. Use the carabiner to secure the bottle to a bag, stroller, or diaper bag for easy transport.
  3. Be sure to unhook the carabiner from the bottle when in use.

Collapsing the babygami® bottle

To collapse the bottle, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Empty the Bottle: Make sure the bottle is completely empty. Remove any liquids or contents from the bottle.
  2. Loosen the Cap : Loosen the cap to allow air to escape easily during the collapsing process.
  3. Collapse the Bottle: With one hand at each end, press or push the bottle inward. Continue compressing the bottle until it is fully collapsed.
  4. Tighten with Lid: Once the bottle is fully collapsed, you can tighten the lid back on to keep it in a compact form.
  5. Store Away: Now that the bottle is collapsed, it can easily be stored in a compact space like a bag, drawer, or cabinet.

Cleaning & Care

  • Daily Care:
  • Wash all components in warm, soapy water after each use. A bottle brush can help with hard-to-reach areas.
  • Dishwasher Safe: Most components are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
  • Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use bleach or strong detergents that can damage the bottle or tops.

Storage

  • Refrigeration: For prepared formulas or breast milk, store in the refrigerator and utilize within 24 hours. Discard any leftover milk after feeding.
  • Storage of Components: Store the baby bottle with the caps or lids attached in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Safety Information

  • SUPERVISE: Always have adult supervision of the baby and child while drinking and eating. 
  • CHOKING HAZARD: This product contains small parts (e.g., nipple, cap, carabiner) that may pose a choking risk. Always supervise infants during use and remove if desired.
  • NOT FOR USE WITH CARBONATED LIQUIDS
  • NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE USE
  • INSPECT REGULARLY: Before each use, inspect the bottle, nipple, and all components for signs of wear or damage.
  • DO NOT USE if any parts are cracked, damaged, or worn. Wash before first use. 

Troubleshooting

  • Leaking Issues: If leaking occurs, ensure that:
  • All components are properly screwed together.
  • The silicone seals on the tops are intact and properly fitted.
  • Nipple Flow Issues: If milk is not flowing or leaking, make sure the nipple is correctly positioned and has no blockages.
