babygami made it to the Big Gear Show, and so did the REI Path Ahead Ventures crew

Can we talk about how "mom gear" and "outdoor gear" almost never overlap?

That's the gap babygami's been living in since day one — moms who got tired of packing bulky bottles for every trip and couldn't find a single collapsible one on the market. so we made it. Two simple parts, collapses flat, doubles as a sippy cup or snack cup. 

Turns out that story resonated somewhere we didn't expect: REI's Big Gear Show in Denver, alongside founders solving problems the outdoor industry never bothered to — hydration packs built for real bodies, hijabs that work for sport, haircare for curls that helmets wreck.

We all had different problems, same pattern: the industry was built without a lot of us people of color in mind, so we built the thing ourselves.

You shouldn't have to choose between packing light and packing right. Whether you're hitting the trail, catching a flight, or just trying to get out the door — the bottle should fold down and keep up, not weigh you down.
